The implementation of a quality management system was just one step, but not the final one to develop our services. Our QA department is always concerned to optimize and improvement of the existing quality management system to become more efficient and quality conscious. Further steps are the implementation of a lean, practical, easy to use, efficient and paperless quality management system.

Quality starts with the right choice of our suppliers. The determination of the most appropriate and suitable suppliers is based on the required certifications and specifications. Intensive contacts, the permanent monitoring and improvement of manufacturing processes on site, and the control of goods in our company ensure the required quality.

Each production step is applied by well-trained and qualified QM staff. The available human resources are regularly consistently used and implemented in continuous improvement processes. Targeted regular training of our staff completes the quality management.
